Levaram 10 dias para fazerem algo que eles mesmo falaram que era simples.
Tentei retirar o meu modelo antes para levar em outro lugar, porém estavam fechados e falaram que estavam em um outro projeto.
Ou seja, nem me entregavam o que eu pedi, nem devolviam o meu modelo para poder levar em outro lugar.
Em momento algum falaram desse prazo tão longo para algo tão simples.
Quando finalmente me entregaram, as marcações estavam todas erradas. Faltavam marcações e as que tinham, fizeram tamanhos diferentes, inutilizando totalmente a peça para o meu uso.
Total falta de respeito e profissionalismo.
I took the side of a drawer and asked them to do the same. They informed that it was something simple and that they would take about 40 minutes to do it, but they would only be able to withdraw it the next day.
It took them 10 days to make something they said was simple.
I tried to remove my model before to take it elsewhere, but they were closed and they said they were on another project.
That is, they didn't even give me what I asked for, nor did they return my model to be able to take it elsewhere.
At no time did they speak of such a long term for something so simple.
When they finally delivered it to me, the appointments were all wrong. Markings were missing and the ones that had, made different sizes, completely unusable the piece for my use.
Total lack of respect and professionalism.
