Chegou 2 sanduíches em pão de forma comum, com pouco recheio, que sinceramente, não chegava nem perto do valor cobrado, e um suco de caixinha (que não é natural). Naturalmente enviei uma mensagem reclamando da situação e da discrepância entre o preço cobrado e o produto entregue. Como resposta recebi a seguinte patada: "acho desnecessário vc colocar preço no serviço dos outros". Gente, desnecessário é agir de má fé com o cliente. Não só desnecessário, mas anti ético. Disseram tb que o produto estava de acordo com o descrito, o que não é verdade. SUGIRO que os responsáveis se conscientizem e revejam a discrepância qualitativa e quantitativa entre produtos que anunciam e os que entregam aos seus clientes.
Unfortunately, neither the expectation nor the description corresponds. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, which came with 1 natural juice available, for R $ 22.00. There were 2 sandwiches in bread in a common way, with little filling, which honestly did not even come close to the amount charged, and a box juice (which is not natural). Naturally I sent a message complaining about the situation and the discrepancy between the price charged and the product delivered. As an answer I received the following kick: "I think it is unnecessary to put a price on the service of others". People, it is unnecessary to act in bad faith with the customer. Not only unnecessary, but unethical. They also said that the product was in accordance with what was described, which is not true. I SUGGEST that those responsible are aware of and review the qualitative and quantitative discrepancy between the products they advertise and those they deliver to their customers.
