Tive alguns problemas internos no Apê que são de responsabilidade do proprietário, no qual darei uma avaliação a parte na flataforma de locação.
De forma geral, especificamente prédio é muito bom. Fica a 200 metros da praia, caminhada de 5 minutos. Localizado na altura do morro do Maluf - praia da Enseada.l
The building is nice. It has 2 floors and the caretaker 3 very helpful.
I had some internal problems in the Apê that are the responsibility of the owner, in which I will give a separate assessment on the rental platform.
Generally speaking, building specifically is very good. It is 200 meters from the beach, 5 minutes walk. Located at the height of the Maluf hill - Enseada beach.l
