★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você tenta fechar negócio, eles dizem que vão "avaliar as melhores condições pra você" e param de responder, mas na realidade só ficam esperando o valor da moeda subir. Tentamos um dia inteiro retorno e a vendora Elisângela enrolando pra não responder, enquanto o euro subiu 6 centavos em dois dias.
Acabamos fechando com a agencia da rosa e silva, que não entregou o dinheiro na hora, nem entregou nenhum documento garantindo a moeda ou informando prazo de entrega. Basicamente é uma agência de câmbio que age de má fé enrolando o cliente esperando o valor da moeda subir, e amadora no sentido que sequer formaliza a venda com documento. Primeira e última vez que fizemos negócio com vocês.
Não recomendo a ninguém.

We ended up closing with the agency of rosa e silva, who did not deliver the money on time, nor delivered any document guaranteeing the currency or informing deadline. Basically it is a currency exchange agency that acts in bad faith by wrapping the customer expecting the value of the currency to rise, and amateur in the sense that even formalizes the sale with document. First and last time we did business with you.
Would not recommend to anyone.
