★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dessa casa de câmbio é simplesmente péssimo. A pessoa manda um pergunta por WhatsApp eles respondem só com um sim ou não. Não dão nenhuma informação adicional. Além de escreverem tudo em letras maiúsculas e até hoje pedi uma simulação eles nunca me responderam. Horrível
The service of this exchange house is simply lousy. The person sends a question by WhatsApp they respond only with a yes or no. They give no further information. In addition to writing everything in capital letters and until today I asked for a simulation they never answered me. Awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Julho de 2019)Pedi pro rapaz me reservar um dinheiro por telefone, ele disse que reservou quando fui buscar no dia seguinte ele diz "ah, ela vendeu" se referindo a outra outra funcionária que nem na minha cara olhou pra pedir desculpas. Sem contar que o atendimento por telefone é horrível! Eles parecem estar apressados e sem muita vontade de te ajudar.
(July 2019) I asked the guy to book me money over the phone, he said he booked it when I went to pick it up the next day he says "oh, she sold it" referring to another employee who didn't even look at me to apologize. Not to mention that the phone service is horrible! They seem to be in a hurry and without much desire to help you.
