★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Local é razoável. Mas estrutura antiga. Achei muito fechado o Flat, uma sensação de estar longe ou escondida ali naquela área onde está localizado, dentre os prédios vizinhos. Não há visão para o mar, praia. O que mais me incomodou foram os seguintes: a receptividade é bem ruim., funcionárias da portaria demonstram estarem fazendo um grande favor..parece. Dificuldades de negociação com a locadora, grosseria..logo no início perguntei inocentemente se havia serviço de café, pois em eu ainda estava em Joao Pessoa eu e minha família e lá estávamos em um Flat que fornecia café à parte. A locadora respondeu que nunca viu isso de em flat ter café..que eu estava enganada..descessaria suas palavras.. E outras coisas que daria um livro colocar aqui..chegando no Flat achei o banheiro, o box muito sujo. Fiquei enojada e cogitando sair nos outros dias. A parte onde fica os registros do chuveiro tbm. Amarelados de tanta sujeira. O micro ondas estava muito sujo por dentro. Inclusive o cheiro que saia de lá era bem ruim. Eu fechei 2 adultos e uma criança de 4 anos. Deixam 2 toalhas e nenhum lençol. Na cama um lençol fino por cima. Um colchão no chão sem lençol ou proteção que não serviu de nada..quem dormiria num colchão sem capa, lençol. Chão sem um tapete que pudéssemos enxugar o pé ao sair do banheiro. A água do box ou saia pra fora ou era o vaso que estava vazando, não investiguei mas havia uma água que acumulava ali res ao vaso, não há uma vassoura. Alguem que recolha o lixo. Nada. No 2 dia de estadia eu estava ciente que teria que renovar para continuar lógico.. meia dia me ligam dizendo que ou eu pagasse ou teria que sair, fiz o pagamento naquele momento. Ficamos mais um dia para procurar outro lugar. Já tinham pego cópia de nossos documentos, profissão, endereço, tudo..sera que achavam que íamos dar pino? Isso com uma criança de 4 anos? Enfim. Pessoal grosseiro e que se acham demais. Não gostamos. Não recomendo, sai e fui para uma pousada chamada Pousada da Praça. Pagamos mais porém tivemos bom tratamento e limpeza. Acho que foi o Flat 505 ou 502. Não lembro bem..mas devem ser parecidos.
 Location is reasonable. But old structure. I found the Flat very closed, a feeling of being far away or hidden there in that area where it is located, among the neighboring buildings. There is no view to the sea, beach. What bothered me the most were the following: the reception is very bad., concierge employees show that they are doing a great favor... it seems. Difficulties in negotiating with the rental company, rudeness... right at the beginning I asked innocently if there was a coffee service, because when I was still in Joao Pessoa my family and I were there in a Flat that provided coffee separately. The rental company replied that she has never seen this thing about having coffee in a flat..that I was wrong..I would use her words.. And other things that would give a book to put here..arriving at the Flat, I found the bathroom, the shower stall very dirty. I was disgusted and thinking about going out on other days. The part where the shower registers are. Yellowed from so much dirt. The microwave was very dirty inside. Even the smell coming out of there was pretty bad. I closed 2 adults and a 4 year old. They leave 2 towels and no sheets. On the bed a thin sheet on top. A mattress on the floor without a sheet or protection that was of no use.. who would sleep on a mattress without a cover, sheet. Floor without a rug that we could dry our feet on leaving the bathroom. The water in the shower either came out or it was the vase that was leaking, I did not investigate but there was water accumulating there in the vase, there is no broom. Someone who picks up the garbage. Anything. On the 2nd day of stay I was aware that I would have to renew to continue logical.. half a day they call me saying that either I pay or I have to leave, I made the payment at that moment. We stayed another day to look for another place. They had already taken a copy of our documents, profession, address, everything... did they think we were going to fail? This with a 4 year old? Anyway. Rude staff who think they are too much. We don't like it. I don't recommend it, I left and went to an inn called Pousada da Praça. We paid more but had good treatment and cleaning. I think it was the Flat 505 or 502. I don't remember well...but they must be similar.
