★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior consulta que já tive na vida, não recomendo a ninguém, fui consultado por um pneumologista que mal o escuta. Não olha pra você, ainda fica olhando celular quanto você fala.
 Worst consultation I've ever had in my life, I don't recommend it to anyone, I was consulted by a pulmonologist who barely listens to him. He doesn't look at you, he still looks at his cell phone when you talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente liga para marcar um médico, e a atendente nos informa que o convênio é só para uma especialidade. Então deveria ser posto só para aquela especialidade, não expor o convênio se não cobre as consultas de todos profissionais, horrível!
We call to appoint a doctor, and the attendant informs us that the agreement is only for one specialty. So it should be put only for that specialty, do not expose the health insurance if it does not cover the consultations of all professionals, horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marquei um pneumologista para minha mãe para o dia 04/02/2020. No dia do atendimento me ligaram alegando que o médico estava doente e precisava remarcar para o dia 18 do mesmo mês. No dia 18 mais uma vez me ligaram para adiar a consulta para o dia 20. Perguntei a atendente até que horas poderia chegar e fui informada que poderia chegar até as 14:30h. Cheguei na clínica com minha mãe idosa ás 14:15h e para minha desagradável surpresa o médico JÁ tinha ido embora. Total falta de respeito , ao menos poderiam ter me ligado para confirmar minha ida.
Terrible attendance. I scheduled a pulmonologist for my mother for 02/02/2020. On the day of the appointment, they called me claiming that the doctor was sick and needed to reschedule for the 18th of the same month. On the 18th, I was called again to postpone the appointment until the 20th. I asked the attendant until what time I could arrive and I was informed that I could arrive until 2.30 pm. I arrived at the clinic with my elderly mother at 2:15 pm and to my unpleasant surprise the doctor was gone. Total disrespect, at least they could have called me to confirm my departure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui atendido ainda pois uma clínica com tantas especialidades e apenas uma atendente na recepção, o tempo de espera é muito grande para apenas assinar a guia. Já fui em clinicas bem menores com duas atendentes, essa aqui no mínimo deveria ter 3. Marcação de 8h, cheguei de 7:30, já são 8:30 e não chegou meu número da senha... tem que rever essa recepção, a clínica bem estruturada, acredito que os médicos sejam ótimos, porém essa recepção é complicada.
I haven't been seen yet because a clinic with so many specialties and only one attendant at the reception, the waiting time is too long to just sign the guide. I have already been to much smaller clinics with two attendants, this one at least should have 3. 8:00 AM, I arrived at 7:30 AM, it is already 8:30 AM and my password number has not arrived ... you have to review this reception, the well-structured clinic, I believe that doctors are great, but this reception is complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento, absolutamente desorganizado e demorado. Cheguei às 7 da manhã, são 9 e eu continuo na recepção pra fazer um simples exame preventivo. Não cumpre o mínimo do esperado pra um serviço de saúde. Não volto nem recomendo.
Very slow service, absolutely disorganized and time consuming. I arrived at 7 am, it is 9 and I am still at the reception to do a simple preventive exam. It does not meet the minimum expected for a health service. I don't come back or recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando na clínica as 13h20, pois o atendimento começaria as 14h, e só havia 3 pessoas na minha frente, e logo o doutor começou a atender e pasmem, conforme iam chegando pessoas acimas de 60 anos, a recepcionista ia colocando na frente, e quando formos perguntar ela respondeu super 'chata" falando que era prioridade e que iria colocar na frente, ok entendo, mais intercalando não colocando todos que chegavam na frente, e por ela, não daria satisfação nenhuma. O espaço com aglomeração pessoas em pé, não tem segurança ou porteiro, chegamos e temos que ficar no sol esperando alguém liberar a porta, e sem contar que o médico ainda tem pausa pro lanche, se a gente paciente for lanchar, perdemos nosso horário né?. E quando finalmente entro pra consulta às 15h50, o médico queria me atender logo, eu fazia perguntas e ele só falava, repouso e tipo querendo que a consulta já terminasse! A pessoa esperar por mais de 2 horas e entrar na consulta e ser atendida dessa maneira é revoltante.
Fora que a duas semanas atrás, tinha marcado pelo call center a consulta às 11h, chegando lá, a recepcionista falou que o médico não iria atender, pq só podia chegar às 10h/10h30 no máximo. No caso fui, gastei com a passagem e não conseguir ser atendida, pq a pessoa que marcou não falou nada disso.
Por fim, não recomendo, nas redes sociais querem ser a clínica perfeita e pessoalmente não é nada disso, pelo menos comigo, minha experiência!!

The space with people standing, no there is security or a doorman, we arrive and we have to stay in the sun waiting for someone to release the door, and not to mention that the doctor still has a break for snacks, if the patient is going to have a snack, we lose our time, right ?. 3:50 pm, the doctor wanted to see me right away, I asked questions and he just talked, rest and like, wanting the appointment to be over! The person waiting for more than 2 hours and entering the appointment and being seen in this way is revolting.
Except that two weeks ago, the appointment had made an appointment at 11 am at the call center, getting there, the receptionist said that the doctor would not answer, because he could only arrive at 10 am / 10:30 am at the latest. In case I went, I spent on the ticket and could not be attended to, because the person who booked did not say anything about it.
Finally, I do not recommend it, on social networks they want to be the perfect clinic and personally it is none of that, at least with me, my experience !!
