3. Pedi para que fosse honesto pois teria que viajar 100km para ver o carro, se tivesse detalhe que falasse quais eram, e o vendedor disse q era exatamente oq tava na foto, sendo

Fiz uma proposta de troca e a resposta foi "NÃO". Sem um boa tarde, sem um obrigado, sem nada, apenas "NÃO". Então aqui vai minha avaliação: NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA LOJA! E como sou professor, aqui vai ao lojista uma sugestão de resposta polida: "Boa tarde. Para o ano e modelo do seu carro, não aceitamos troca. Porém, teremos prazer em atendê-lo numa próxima ocasião. Obrigado por visitar o site de nossa loja". Caso tivesse respondido assim, não teria perdido mais um cliente.
