★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já liguei umas 20 vezes, ninguém se presta a atender fui outro dia pessoalmente eles não atendem pq não querem msm eu vi várias vezes o telefone tocando e ninguém atende pra variar, o setor público nesse país é complicado impostos bem gasto pelo visto, péssimo atendimento um lixo com toda certeza.
 I've called 20 times, no one lends an answer I went the other day personally they don't answer because they don't want msm I saw the phone ringing several times and nobody answers for a change, the public sector in this country is complicated, taxes well spent on visas, terrible service trash for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diferente do que muitos comentaram mas liguei duas vezes para lá, fui atendido por pessoas muito educadas, prontas a ajudar e tive meu problema resolvido rapidamente. Sinceramente estão de nota dez. Desde a atendente até o Super isor de Ensino com quem conversei.
Unlike what many commented, but I called there twice, I was attended by very polite people, ready to help and my problem resolved quickly. Honestly, they are top ten. From the attendant to the Teaching Super isor I talked to.
