A trash you make the report q is happening at school or with teachers are acting wrong he covers everything and not registered your report and still calls the director saying you are ???? and does not let you register your complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, você ligar para pegar uma informação os atendentes nunca sabem de nada, transfere sua ligação para outra pessoa e mesmo assim você fica mais de hora na linha e sem ter uma resposta correta.
Aí você gasta dinheiro com ônibus vai lá a secretária com toda aquela coragem e vontade ,fica com a cara de interrogação naquele que você queria saber.
Então resumindo deveria colocar pessoas competentes ao cargo.
Bad service, you call to get information, the attendants never know anything, transfer your call to someone else and even then you stay more than an hour on the line and without having a correct answer.
Then you spend money on the bus, the secretary goes there with all that courage and desire, looks like a question in the one you wanted to know.
So, in short, I should put competent people in charge.
