★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo atendimento, desligam na cara do sujeito varias vezes, ja falaram que um funcionario foi punido mas outros que atendem fazem a mesma coisa, fala que vai trasnferir mas desliga na cara.
 poor service, they hang up in the guy's face several times, they've already said that an employee has been punished but others who attend do the same thing, say he's going to transfer but hang up.

Estou precisando apenas de uma informação, uma moça me atendeu (Sueli) si eu não me engano, esperou eu explicar toda a minha situação pra no final falar que não era o setor dela que iria transferir minha ligação e desligou o telefone, depois atendia e desligava as mais de dez vezes que tentei ligar.
Só acho que si a pessoa não está satisfeita com o emprego que tem poderia dar vaga pra quem realmente quer, precisa e gosta do que faz, porque pra estar em lugar e não exercer a função como tem que ser não dá quando nós ligamos não é porque não temos o que fazer.

I just need some information, a girl answered me (Sueli) if I'm not mistaken, she waited for me to explain my whole situation to finally say that it wasn't her sector that would transfer my call and hung up, then answered and It hung up the more than ten times I tried to call.
I just think that if the person is not satisfied with the job they have, they could give vacancies to those who really want, need and like what they do, because to be in a place and not perform the function as it has to be, it's not possible when we call it's not because we have nothing to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ter um cesariana liguei pra ver se conseguia colocar meus filhos na mesma escola, a mulher que me atendeu , atendeu super mal dando risada da minha situação. Um lixo de atendimento. Ao invés de ajudar a solucionar o problemas só traz mas . Vocês deveria grava a ligação e trocar esses funcionários que só ganhar por maltratar as pessoas pelo telefone.
