★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom pessoal educado, porém levei uma peça ( trambulador) e o atendende não sabia nem o que era.
Talvez a peça até tinha para vender, mas ele não não teve nem o trabalho de perguntar para algum colega o que era, acho que deveria fazer um curso de mecânica para vender.
 Service is good, polite staff, but I took a piece (trambulador) and the attendant didn't even know what it was.
Maybe the part even had to be sold, but he didn't even bother to ask a colleague what it was, I think he should take a mechanics course to sell it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo estabelecimento ,tem um atendente que não tem um pingo de educação para atender nem no balcão,nem por telefone, mal educado e além de tudo desinformado. Necessita de uma intervenção rápida ou logo mais fecham, em que pese que os mesmos não estão cumprindo com o CDC. Desrespeito total ao consumidor e podem pagar um alto preço pelo arrogante, grosseiro, e desinformado atendente.
Terrible establishment, has an attendant who doesn't have an ounce of politeness to answer either at the counter, or over the phone, rude and in addition to everything uninformed. It needs a quick intervention or soon they close, despite that they are not complying with the CDC. Total disrespect to the customer and they may pay a high price for the arrogant, rude, and uninformed attendant.
