Sanduíches padronizados, molhos com pouca variação e comida pouco ou nada saudável. Segue a linha dos fast foods americanos que fazem sucesso no mundo todo pela rapidez da produção.
Prices are between moderate and expensive, but are compatible with other competitors in the industry. It's the kind of food to eat from time to time, and look there. Enquanto as redes concorrentes abrem suas portas as 9h (horário de abertura do shopping) o Bobs insiste em iniciar o atendimento ao público às 10h. Acontece que gosto de saborear um Bobs Max ou uma casquinha as 9h e como não gosto de esperar, sou obrigado a comprar nas redes concorrentes. O atendimento é frio, geralmente o balcão fica sem colaboradores e sou obrigado a gritar para alguém vir atender. A máquina de sorvetes ficou quebrada por quase 3 meses, impedindo que tomássemos soverte misto, as desculpas da gestão não convencia até que resolvi entrar em contato através do site da organização, somente assim consertaram a máquina. Ainda frequento o local, mas com desconfiança e receio. Cadê aquele Bobs do final dos anos 90? Vocês estão vacilando.
I have been a customer of the network for over 20 years and of all the units that I had the opportunity to attend, this is by far the least exciting. While competing chains open their doors at 9am (opening hours of the mall) Bobs insists on starting customer service at 10am. I happen to like to taste a Bobs Max or a cone at 9am and as I do not like to wait, I am forced to buy in competing networks. The service is cold, usually the counter is without employees and I have to shout to someone to come attend. The ice cream machine was broken for almost 3 months, preventing us from taking a mixed soverte, the management's apologies didn't convince until I decided to contact through the organization's website, only then fixed the machine. I still frequent the place, but with suspicion and fear. Where's that Bobs from the late 90's? You are faltering.
