★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pior possível, os lanches frios, mal montados, amassados muito ruim, e muita demora para ser atendido, eu, como sou cobsumidor ativo do Bóbs, gostaria que a DIRETORIA DO BÓBS desse uma atenção na minha avaliação e tomassem uma providência com relação a essa loja, que é a do Norteshopping, estou no aguardo do retorno de vxs, obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência ! A mesma pessoa que me atendeu na compra de um milkshake foi a que o preparou ! E com a mesma luva que pegou o dinheiro e deu o troco da pessoa que estava na minha frente , que ajeitou o uniforme e a máscara, que coçou o rosto, foi prepará-lo! Os copos estavam grudados e com o dedo dentro dele puxou e conseguiu soltá-lo para colocar todos os ingredientes e bater ! Depois de pegar fiquei a uma certa distância observando para ter certeza de não ter me enganado ! E sim ..... não trocava as luvas e nem passava o álcool gel antes de preparar !
Abri a lixeira e joguei o milkshake fora !
Bad experience! The same person who served me when buying a milkshake was the one who prepared it! And with the same glove that took the money and gave the change to the person in front of me, who adjusted the uniform and the mask, who scratched his face, went to prepare it! The glasses were stuck together and with his finger he pulled and managed to release it to put all the ingredients and beat! After picking it up, I was at a distance watching to make sure I wasn't mistaken! And yes ..... did not change the gloves or pass the alcohol gel before preparing!
I opened the trash and threw the milkshake away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, estava com falta de material de embalo. Pedi promoção e trocaram um dos ingredientes( o queijo era cheddar e veio mussarela). Big Bobs era mais enfrentado, hj em dia está raladinho. Fiquei triste, pois era meu lanche preferido!
Lousy service, lack of packing material. I asked for promotion and they exchanged one of the ingredients (the cheese was cheddar and mozzarella came). Big Bobs was more confronted, today is grating. I was sad because it was my favorite snack!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha lanchonete favorita, além de ter um ótimo atendimento sempre tem diversas promoções e bastante variedades de lanches, quando não consigo ir presencialmente eu peço através do Ifood, recomendo a todos de Cachambi, lanches 10/10 zero defeitos.
My favorite snack bar, in addition to having great service always has several promotions and plenty of snacks, when I can't go in person I order through Ifood, I recommend to everyone in Cachambi, snacks 10/10 zero defects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Já é a segunda compra em que os atendentes fecham as sacolas pra viagem e não colocam os itens comprados, milkshake com muita água na composição e atendimento ruim. Não recomendo a compra na loja do primeiro piso.

Atendente do caixa me respondeu super mal com cara de cu falou q já tinha encerrado, sendo que era 21:47 ainda e o horário está até as 22:00, perguntei q hrs fechava e a mesma me responde novamente com a cara mais ignorante do Mundo "já encerrou" Bob's da expansão é sempre um estressezinho
