★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido via UBER EATS,sendo que não chegou meu pedido. A Justificativa foi que não tinha ninguém para receber o pedido e que não vão reembolsar o valor. Ficamos acompanhando pelo aplicativo e meu marido ficou no portão do prédio e ninguém apareceu. Tentei contato com o entregador por telefone,foram 4 tentativas e nenhuma delas ele atendeu.
I placed an order via UBER EATS, and my order did not arrive. The justification was that there was no one to receive the order and that they will not refund the amount. We followed the app and my husband stayed at the gate of the building and no one showed up. I tried to contact the delivery man by phone, there were 4 attempts and none of them he answered.

As franquias do Bob's estão cada dia fazendo com que a marca Bob's, cada dia caia mais a qualidade dos produtos. Eles fazem isso pq não há fiscalização do master da marca. Não compro mais.
