Eu gosto bastante dos produtos do bob's mas desde a ultima vez que fui muito mal atendido no dia 03/09/2017 no horario da noite por um certo rapaz minha atitude passou a ser usar qualquer outro estabelecimento da praça mesmo que seja oferecido um produto de menor qualidade. Infelizmente o bob's esta perdendo vários clientes por causa de um péssimo atendente.
Terrible attendance. I really like bob's products but since the last time I was very poorly served on 03/09/2017 at night time by a certain guy my attitude started to be to use any other establishment in the square even if a product is offered lower quality. Unfortunately bob's is losing several customers because of a very bad attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, eu cheguei e eles estavam conversando, fingindo que eu nem estava ali, o que me deixa mais insatisfeito é que toda vez que tem uma promoção não tem o que desejamos: “um sanduíche + 1 bebida = 14,90”, vou querer um desses, ah mas só está saindo com refrigerante com milk-shake não mais.. ahhh fala sério. Isso é propaganda enganosa, sendo que eu vou comprar o milk-shake separo tem, mas para o combo promocional não.. enrolação l
Bad service, I arrived and they were talking, pretending that I wasn't even there, what makes me more dissatisfied is that every time you have a promotion you don't have what you want: “a sandwich + 1 drink = 14.90”, I'll want one of these, ah but it's only coming out with milkshake no more .. ahhh seriously.
