Terrible! It's not and it wasn't my first time! Terrible cuz it's terrible! Bad service, we spent 40 minutes to withdraw the order after the waiting time! Non-standard snack, employee with dirty clothes! As my experience in Bobs' hammock, those who like me always go to the restaurant, I don't recommend Bobs Recreio dos Bandeirantes post 11, it's certainly worth going to another restaurant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei hambúrgueres no concorrente, mas a partir do dia que fui tentar o bobs, sem pretensão nenhuma, eu acho que nunca fui tão bem atendido com tanto carinho por um estabelecimento.
A comida é suuuper saborosa, o preço é suuuper em conta, e o atendimento é com muito carinho, o que esperar mais?? Me ganharam, com muito carinho!!!!!!!!!
Obs: Eles ainda me mandaram um presente depois com um MilkShake dentro me chamando de novo cliente Vipi hahahah.

I always bought hamburgers at the competitor, but from the day I went to try the bobs, without any pretense, I think I was never so well served with such affection by an establishment.
The food is super tasty, the price is super affordable, and the service is with great care, what to expect more ?? They won me, with great affection !!!!!!!!!
Note: They even sent me a gift afterwards with a MilkShake inside calling me a new client Vipi hahahah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou entregador do Ifood, e vi eles fazendo os lanches sem nenhuma luva de proteção, passando a mão no rosto, no cabelo, na roupa e logo em seguida pegando os ingredient com a mão, simplesmente deplorável. NÃO COMAM NESSE FATSFOOD.
I'm a delivery person for Ifood, and I saw them making snacks without any protective gloves, running their hands over their face, hair, clothes and then taking the ingredients in their hands, simply deplorable. DON'T EAT IN THIS FATSFOOD.

O sanduíche não tem sabor, não tem sal e o molho está sem graça.
Por incrível que pareça, fui super bem atendido porém a experiência perdeu pontos no sabor.
Oh Bob's ... why do we insist on eating here? The good is old BigBob has lost its magic, flavor and beauty over the years.
The sandwich has no flavor, no salt and the sauce is bland.
