★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei um pedido pelo App com o valor já determinado, e depois recebi uma ligação da Bobs informando que teria que pagar 3 reais a mais pq onde moro é considerado outro bairro (considerado por eles, pq pela cidade, google maps e App não). Só não cancelei o pedido pq estava morrendo de fome. Achei desaforo!!!
I closed an order for the App with the amount already determined, and then I received a call from Bobs stating that I would have to pay 3 reais more because where I live is considered another neighborhood (considered by them, because of the city, google maps and not App). I just didn't cancel the order because I was starving. I found outrage !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo realizou um pedido no horário das 13:00 h, não tinha opção de suco, o estabelecimento estava vazio e a espera foi enorme, (cansamos de esperar) mais de trinta minutos pra sair o pedido, o espaço com o ar condicionado desligado, um calor e temperatura insuportável, banheiro sujo, não faço questão de retornar. Precisam melhorar e muitoo, primeira e última experiência lá!
My husband placed an order at 1:00 pm, there was no juice option, the establishment was empty and the wait was enormous, (we got tired of waiting) more than thirty minutes to place the order, the space with the air conditioning turned off , unbearable heat and temperature, dirty bathroom, I don't want to return. Need to improve and veryo, first and last experience there!
