★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na semana passsda as 10:45 fui ao Bobs e nao consegui ser atendido. Motivo: so funcinamos a partir das 11hrs ...perfeito! Hj cheguei aa 11 e a mesma funcionaria informou que não poderia atender porque so iniciaria as 11:30....??? Acho que gestão esta desatenta ....diz um velho adagio popular " quanto o gato não está presente o rato faz a festa".....
Last week at 10:45 I went to the Bobs and I was unable to be attended. Reason: we only operate from 11hrs ... perfect! Hj arrived at 11 and the same employee would reported that he could not answer because it would only start at 11:30 .... ??? I think that management is inattentive ... says an old popular adage "when the cat is not present the mouse makes the party" .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um combo de cheddar, o lanche veio até mais ou menos, mas o atendimento esta muito ruim, os funcionários tratam os clientes muito mau. Fui pedir um copinho pro ketchup e uma atendente falou que não davam copo, aí fui pedir a outro atendente Mas mesmo demorou pra dar um simples copinho.
I bought a cheddar combo, the snack came more or less, but the service is very bad, the employees treat the customers very badly. I went to ask for a cup of ketchup and an attendant said they didn't give a cup, so I went to ask another attendant But it took a while to give a simple cup.
