★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bonita e com boa seleção de roupas. Não é uma loja para compras de roupas do dia a dia. Porém é uma boa opção para ocasiões especias. Possui um ótimo ambiente ao final da loja para os “maridos” ficarem sentados enquanto as mulheres fazem suas compras!
Beautiful store with good selection of clothes. It is not a shop for day-to-day clothing purchases. But it is a good choice for special occasions. It has a great atmosphere at the end of the shop for the "husbands" to be seated while the women do their shopping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da loja e achei q ficou ainda mais agradável depois que compartilharam o espaço com a Richards. A vendedora Giovanna já me atendeu algumas vezes e ela é muito simpática e solícita.
Na última visita vi que cederam mais uma parte do espaço, agora pra Chocolat du Jour, nos fundos da loja. Ao final da minha compra, q não foi pouca coisa, falei com a vendedora q iria tomar um café. Fiquei negativamente surpresa ao descobrir q agora o café, servido pela Chocolat du Jour é cobrado, mesmo sem ter nada de especial (até o Starbucks da esquina oferece um brigadeiro junto com o espresso). Pra completar, não tinham água (fico imaginando se os funcionários têm q levar de casa!) E nem adoçante pro café.
A região está cercada de lojas no mesmo nível da Bobstore e sempre me foi oferecido um café e/ou água durante o período de compras. A Bobstore se deixar manchar por não disponibilizar cafezinho e água para suas clientes, ou é muito descaso, ou uma falha muito grande no atendimento ao cliente.
De qualquer forma, reforço o excelente atendimento da Giovanna que, ao meu ver, nada teve a ver com essa situação desagradável.
I really like the store and found it even more enjoyable after they shared the space with Richards. The seller Giovanna has already seen me a few times and she is very friendly and helpful.
On the last visit I saw that another part of the space was given away, now to Chocolat du Jour, at the back of the store. At the end of my purchase, which was no small thing, I spoke to the seller that I was going to have a coffee. I was negatively surprised to discover that the coffee, served by Chocolat du Jour, is now charged, even without anything special (even the Starbucks on the corner offers a brigadeiro along with the espresso). To top it off, there was no water (I wonder if employees have to take it from home!) And no sweetener for coffee.
The area is surrounded by stores on the same level as the Bobstore and I was always offered a coffee and/or water during the shopping period. Bobstore gets tarnished by not providing coffee and water for its customers, or it is too neglectful, or too big a failure in customer service.
Anyway, I reinforce the excellent service provided by Giovanna, who, in my opinion, had nothing to do with this unpleasant situation.
