Deveriam ser mais organizados. E pelo menos avisar que não vão faZer a entrega. Pq não ficamos esperando e assim pedimos em outro lugar.

I asked for a snack at 9:00 p.m., the attendant said it would take 1 hour, well, I said I expected it. You spent more than 1 hr I called again and said that a few mins arrived .. Anyway I waited until 24:00 hrs and no snack appears. (I.e.
They should be more organized. And at least tell them they will not deliver. Because we were not waiting and so we asked elsewhere.
