Deveriam melhorar com os comentários, mas vejo que o péssimo atendimento vem de muito tempo. Lamentável! Principalmente por se tratar de comida.
Vocês tem porta? Então fecha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não peçam lá... Fiz o pedido às 20:30 e perguntei o tempo de espera. Foi informado que o tempo era uma média de 60 min. Às 21:50 perguntei se o pedido já havia saído e às 22hrs foi dito que já. Às 23 hrs perguntei novamente e disseram que já estava chegando. Disseram que o motoqueiro queria falar comigo. Não entendi e perguntei do que se tratava. Não disseram, fui até o portão e nao tinha niguem. Mesmo achando um absurdo ter que fazer o papel da empresa liguei para o motoqueiro e me deram o n° do motoqueiro errado. Após tentar ligar na loja novamente e ser recusada a chamada, pedi pra cancelarem o pedido após 3 HORAS DE ESPERA. Nao obtive resposta. O motoqueiro chegou às 23:50 e o dispensei. Não tiveram capacidade de avisa-lo. TOTAL DESRESPEITO COM CLIENTE. Em plenk sábado a noite. Insatisfação total.

They were unable to warn him. TOTAL DISRESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER. In plenk Saturday night. Total dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demorado, lanche sem cuidado. Tratam os clientes de modo informal "meu bem, querida, etc" ao fazer reclamação direto com o estabelecimento os mesmos não oferecem troca ou estorno. Atendimento demorado mesmo indo presencialmente.
Poor service, time-consuming, careless snack. They treat customers informally "my dear, etc" when making a direct complaint with the establishment, they do not offer exchanges or refunds. Delayed service even when going in person.

Até perdi a paciência desistir de esperar infelizmente meu pedido saiu mais perdemos até o apetite infelizmente eu não volto lá mais infelizmente ... Aqui em Santa Luzia não temos opção temos que ficar passando raiva nesses locais de péssimo atendimento .
Wow, I don't recommend it to anyone, yesterday I was waiting for my snack there for more than 2 hours, terrible service... I even lost patience giving up waiting unfortunately my order came out but we even lost our appetite unfortunately I won't go back there anymore unfortunately... Santa Luzia we have no option, we have to be angry in these places of bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência eu não peço nunca mais fiz o pedido as 20:30 só vieram me entregar faltando poucos minutos pra 01:00 da manhã eu tive que dar outra coisa pros meus filhos pequenos que estavam esperando pra comer.
Bad experience I don't order, I never ordered again at 8:30 pm they only came to deliver me a few minutes before 1 am I had to give something else to my small children who were waiting to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem pedi um lanche no estabelecimento Bocão de minas aqui em Santa Luzia Mg , era 22h da noite , me passaram um link pra efetuar o pedido ,fiz o pedido. Efetuei o pagamento via pix mandei o comprovante pro estabelecimento . Mandei mensagem pra saber se receberam meu pedido não obtive resposta . Liguei no celular desligaram na minha cara , liguei no telefone fixo Me atenderam falou que ia ver o andamento do pedido , e me deixaram esperando no telefone até eu cansar e desligar. Liguei novamente as 00:30 falaram que estava com problemas que a chapista passou mal e foi embora , estavam sem motoqueiro , mas tinha um que ia entregar. Pedi pra cancelar o pedido e me devolver o dinheiro a moça falou que não que iriam me entregar ia demorar um pouquinho e ia me entregar . Fui muito paciente aguardei . Liguei de novo não me atenderam . 01:22 da manhã me ligaram perguntando se ainda ia querer que entregasse falei que tava esperando . Enfim , não me entregaram esse pedido . 02:08 da manhã mandei mensagem falando que cansei de esperar , pra eles me devolver o dinheiro da mesma forma que paguei , não me devolveram o dinheiro e ainda colocou um homem pra falar comigo no áudio de whatsapp falando que esteve aqui no portão da minha casa , e não foi atendido e ligou no meu celular estava desligado
Sendo que em momento algum estava com meu celular desligado e não veio ninguém aqui me entregar nada . A moça ainda mandou um áudio falando que vai passar a CV no whatsapp pra não sei quem avaliar pra poder passar meu dinheiro , um absurdo! Como se eu tivesse sido culpada dos problemas deles lá . Uma falta de comprometimento e respeito com o cliente 4 horas esperando um
pedido e quem se ferrou nisso tudo foi eu . Sem lanche e sem dinheiro de volta.
Yesterday I ordered a snack at Bocão de minas here in Santa Luzia Mg, it was 10 pm, they gave me a link to place the order, I placed the order. I called the cell phone, they hung up on me, I called the landline phone They answered me, told me they would see the progress of the order, and left me waiting on the phone until I got tired and hung up. I called again at 00:30 they said I was having problems that the chapista got sick and left, they had no biker, but there was one that was going to deliver. I asked to cancel the order and return the money to me, the lady said that they weren't going to give it to me, it would take a while and she was going to give it to me. I was very patient and waited. I called again did not answer me. 01:22 in the morning they called me asking if I would still want it to deliver, I said I was waiting. Anyway, they didn't give me this order. 02:08 am I sent a message saying I'm tired of waiting, so they can return the money the same way I paid, they didn't return the money and even put a man to talk to me on whatsapp audio saying he was here at my gate home , and was not answered and called my cell phone was turned off
Since at no time I had my cell phone turned off and no one came here to give me anything. The lady even sent an audio saying that she's going to put the CV on whatsapp so I don't know who to rate to be able to spend my money, absurd! As if I was to blame for their problems there. A lack of commitment and respect for the customer 4 hours waiting for a
request and who screwed it all was me. No snacks and no money back.
