I paid R $ 16,00 for a glass of molten and soft acai berry. I complained, I was poorly serviced by the staff and the alleged owner. I left without acai and without money, I do not recommend it.

Ao solicitar o dinheiro de volta o dono foi chamado e tentou me convencer de que todos os demais que comi na vida não seriam açaí de verdade, e sim o dele.
Fui mal atendido, saí sem o produto e sem o dinheiro...
Bad experience! "Acai" thin and melted.
By requesting the money back the owner was called in and tried to convince me that everyone else I ate in my life would not be real acai, but his own.
I was poorly served, I left without the product and without the money ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Açaí é gostoso( mesmo sendo suco de açaí, pois a máquina não gela ao ponto de ser um creme ou sorvete). o atendimento é péssimo, não se pode adicionar nada além do que já está estabelecido pelo combo, ou pedir separado em um potinho.
Funcionários estremamente mal educados e desmotivados.
Açaí is tasty (even though it is açaí juice, as the machine does not freeze to the point of being a cream or ice cream). the service is terrible, you can't add anything beyond what is already established by the combo, or order it separately in a small pot.
Extremely rude and unmotivated employees.

I came from Sp to spend the holidays and after a walk at the market I imagined having a real açaí with FRUITS and additional items. Forget! the maximum is powdered milk and condensed milk! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açai is always delicious but this store was amazing because of the super friendly service as well as the condensed milk topping ? my word, that was good! I speak basic Português but the staff were so helpful in making sure that I got what I wanted. Awesome!
