Efficient training that brings results! Great for those who don't like repetitive exercises that end up becoming routine. Always super friendly teachers who end up becoming friends with the students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fechei os olhos para dormir após meu primeiro treino tive a sensação (boa) de sentir cada célula do corpo, como se tudo estivesse ativo! Nunca senti isso antes! Os treinos são realizados por excelentes profissionais e trabalham cada parte do corpo na medida certa. Poder fazer e ter tudo isso ao ar livre (com o plus daquela paisagem e lua maravilhosa), é recompensador e inspirador.
When I closed my eyes to sleep after my first workout, I had the (good) feeling of feeling every cell in the body, as if everything was active! I've never felt that before! The trainings are performed by excellent professionals and work each part of the body in the right measure. Being able to do and have it all outdoors (with the plus of that wonderful landscape and moon), is rewarding and inspiring.
