After a tremendous tumble and knowing Giselle's professionalism, I asked for help to work on my shoulder, elbow and wrist that I had broken and was without the proper movements. With all the care and knowledge she treated me and after physiotherapy sessions I returned to having full movements and without
ache. With that resolved, she started to give me pilates classes, always attentive to my posture, my history and my goal of strengthening my body.
Her studio is a beautiful place, with a wonderful mood and she always leaves everything receptive and willing to come back! I highly recommend Body Link! Worth knowing!
