Good equipment and helpful instructors. The only criticism I have is the lack of control over the number of people in the room. There are days when it gets so crowded that I even give up training.

Excellent gym, equipment, service, with the only observation about accessibility by stairs, which makes it difficult for some people who are injured or have problems climbing stairs.
