★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinham uma excelente profissional, transferiram-na para outra filial e não estão permitindo que as clientes a acompanhem. Total falta de organização e respeito com o cliente. Muito chateada com a diretoria fazendo um jogo de empurra para resolver uma simples transferencia. Não recomendo essa filial. Se possivel, fosse não marcaria nenhuma estrela.
Demorou um pouco, mas acabaram resolvendo meu problema. Fizeram a transferencia.
They had an excellent professional, transferred her to another branch and are not allowing clients to accompany her. Total lack of organization and respect for the customer. Very upset with the board making a push game to solve a simple transfer. I don't recommend this affiliate. If possible, it would not score any stars.
It took a while, but they ended up solving my problem. They made the transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou gostando bastante do resultado da depilação, o problema é a completa falta de organização das atendentes, não sabem dizer ao cliente quantas sessões faltam pois em um atendimento dizem que faltam X e em outro atendimento muda completamente. Atendimento via whatsapp completamente desorganizado, e além de demorarem super para responder, erram as datas e mal escrevem corretamente.
Unidade do barra shopping aconchegante e com boas profissionais, mas algumas tem que pedir para fazer a região completa pois quando veem que a cliente é muito sensível como eu por exemplo, não fazem a área completa.
