★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente cortaram o meu filho que Fazia natação pq ele tem plano Gympass um descaso uma falta de educação nós ficamos muito triste pq de um dia para outro me mandou uma mensagem dizendo que ele não tinha mais o horário e mesmo se ele faltava nas aulas eu ia até a academia fazer check in depois que perdeu o horário eles me falaram ( Porque vcs não fazem um plano anual??) Eu respondi: agora que não tem mais o horário que vcs avisam,tem que ser muito bem esclarecido ninguém conversa com ninguém quando estava no começo da pandemia que quase não tinha aluno está tudo bem depois que academia lotou nós fomos excluídos.
They simply cut my son who used to swim because he has a Gympass plan a lack of education we were very sad because from one day to the next he sent me a message saying that he didn't have the time anymore and even if he missed classes I would go until the gym checked in after they missed the time they told me (Why don't you guys make an annual plan??) I replied: now that there is no longer the time you advise, it has to be very clear no one talks to anyone when it was at the beginning of the pandemic that there were almost no students it's okay after the gym was full we were excluded.

Gostava de ir por ser mais próximo de casa, mas com a alteração dos planos compensa ir em academias que tem aparelhos melhores pelo mesmo preço.
They treat the gympass as a cover-up.
I would like to go because it is closer to home, but with the change of plans it pays to go to gyms that have better equipment for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As recepcionistas são simpáticas, e atenciosas, achei o professor de natação, gentil e muito profissional, o ambiente é super agradável, e acolhedor.minha filha (8 anos) está amando as aulas de natação. A mensalidade é honesta.
The receptionists are friendly and attentive, I found the swimming teacher kind and very professional, the atmosphere is super nice and welcoming. My daughter (8 years old) is loving the swimming lessons. The monthly fee is honest.
