Aconteceu comigo, minha esposa e minha tia. Só tem estelionatario. Usaram nossos cartões sem autorização. Temos comprovantes de cancelamento no início da pandemia. Cuidado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é agradável e com bons profissionais. Porém, essa gestão precisa, urgentemente, parar com a rotatividade de professores nas turmas de natação para bebês. Já é o quinto ou sexto professor desde que matriculei minha filha há menos de 1 ano. Se fosse somente a rotatividade dos estagiários ainda seria compreensível. A turminha de 2 anos requer maior adaptação ao ambiente, aos profissionais, é complexo pra eles essa constante mudança, mal dá tempo de criar um laço. Minha filha ainda não conseguiu decorar o nome dos professores que teve. E o pior de tudo é que apenas em duas ocasiões fui informado das trocas, as demais foram repentinas. Trouxe a minha filha da unidade body tech tijuca e não tive nenhum problema parecido por lá, pelo contrário, foi a mesma professora do início ao fim e criamos um laço afetivo incrível.
Espero que a adm atente-se a essa questão o quanto antes.

It is already the fifth or sixth teacher since I enrolled my daughter less than 1 year ago. If it were just the turnover of interns it would still be understandable. The 2-year-old group requires greater adaptation to the environment, to professionals, this constant change is complex for them, there is hardly time to create a bond. My daughter has yet to memorize the names of the teachers she has had. And worst of all, I was only informed of the changes on two occasions, the others were sudden. I brought my daughter from the Tijuca body tech unit and I didn't have any similar problems there, on the contrary, she was the same teacher from beginning to end and we created an incredible emotional bond.
I hope that adm pays attention to this issue as soon as possible.
