★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location once. I arrived around 4pm and it was quiet crowded. Offered weights, pool, variety of classes just like the other locations. The only difference was the size.All of the Body tech gyms in Copacabana are quiet small compared to the one in shopping rio sul located in botofogo. That location has been my favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym. Lots of cardio and classes. Good assortment of machines. Plenty of staff on-hand to assist. Free weights are a little lacking......but, heavy powerlifting training is not the thing here.
