★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em Afogados as 14 horas e passei nesse boi grill churrascaria o almoço do buffet eu não aprovei nenhuma comida pq os rechauds estavam apagados e a comida estava fria ( quando colocamos um buffet para clientes a comida tem que está quente com todos os álcool em gel ligados para aquecer as comidas,pedimos coca cola e até a coca estava quente trouxeram gelo mais coca com bastante gelo muda o sabor da bebida, o atendimento com o churrasqueiro foi ruim tbm falta de informação para o cliente no final nem desculpa pelo ocorrido acho que não tinha nem gerente pq não vi nenhum tem que melhorar muito para o cliente voltar!!
 I went to Afogados at 2 pm and spent the buffet lunch at this ox grill grill, I didn't approve of any food because the rechauds were off and the food was cold (when we put up a buffet for customers, the food has to be hot with all the alcohol in gel turned on to heat the food, we asked for coke and even the coke was hot they brought ice more coke with plenty of ice changes the flavor of the drink, the service with the barbecue was bad too lack of information for the customer at the end no apology for what happened I think I didn't even have a manager because I didn't see any, it has to improve a lot for the customer to come back!!

Excellent service. Waiters are very attentive. The carvery needs to improve. The day I visited, the meat was not tender and the buffet food was cold.
