Nunca vi um lugar tão degradante como esse na vida!
Estive nesse local no domingo 24/04/22 por volta das 19h com amigos e familiares. Uma sessão de tortura.
Primeiro que estava vazio, após sentarmos não vinha ninguém atender, ficamos aguardando e nada. Apareceu um rapaz completamente atrapalhado. Fizemos os pedidos, após longa espera ele retorna dizendo que não tinha nenhum dos diversos itens que pedimos. Até pra fazer a substituição estava complicado pq n tinha quase nada do cardápio. Depois disso duas pessoas pediram drinks e as demais cerveja. Mais longa espera. Os drinks não tinham álcool conforme descrição e a cerveja não era reposta, eu tive que pedir várias e várias vezes pra trocarem e aja demora pra levarem outra na mesa.
A comida demorou outra eternidade porém o sabor foi a única coisa positiva da noite.
Adicione a isso o aspecto desleixado do lugar com vários buracos no teto abertos. O ventilador barulhento e a cereja do bolo: não tinha água nos banheiros. Estavam extremamente sujos e tínhamos que aguardar um funcionário ir buscar água com um balde.
Optei por segurar e usar o banheiro após ir pra casa.
Em resumo um show de horrores!

I've never seen such a degrading place in my life!
I was at this location on Sunday 24/04/22 around 7pm with friends and family. A torture session.
First it was empty, after we sat down, no one came to answer, we waited and nothing. A young man appeared completely confused. We placed the order, after a long wait he returned saying that he didn't have any of the various items we asked for. Even to make the replacement was complicated because there was almost nothing on the menu. After that two people ordered drinks and the other beer. Longer wait. The drinks did not have alcohol as described and the beer was not replenished, I had to ask over and over to be exchanged and it took a while for them to bring another one to the table.
The food took another eternity but the taste was the only positive thing about the night.
Add to that the sloppy look of the place with several gaping holes in the ceiling. The noisy fan and the icing on the cake: there was no water in the bathrooms. They were extremely dirty and we had to wait for an employee to fetch water with a bucket.
I chose to hold and use the bathroom after going home.
In short, a horror show!
Bad experience!
