I have already fixed my fridge and washing machine with them ... they are very responsible and the service is quality ... the only thing I don't like is that if they come to the house, we can do the budget and you can't fix it right now , charge the way.

Tive um problema com minha lavadora de roupas e, segundo a autorizada, o serviço ficaria em média R$600 reais. Depois de pedir indicações a amigos, me deram o telefone da loja. Além de o atendimento da secretária ser excelente, o rapaz que fez a manutenção na minha lavadora é excepcional (não me lembro o nome dele), sei que ele um rapaz novo e muito simpático. O conserto ficou menos de 50 reais e a máquina está nova! Sem contar que o rapaz que a consertou, nos explicou detalhadamente o que aconteceu com a máquina. Estou muito satisfeito com a agilidade, qualidade e competência das pessoas envolvidas na minha solicitação de conserto. Super indico a loja.
I only praise the company / store.
I had a problem with my washer and, according to the authorized, the service would average R $ 600. After asking for directions from friends, they gave me the shop telephone number. Besides the desk attendant being excellent, the guy who did the maintenance in my washer is exceptional (I can not remember his name), I know he's a young guy and very friendly. The repair was less than 50 reais and the machine is new! Not to mention that the boy who fixed it, explained to us in detail what happened to the machine. I am very satisfied with the agility, quality and competence of the people involved in my repair request. Super pointed to the store.
