A Empresa não só descumpriu o combinado atrasando mais de 01 hora (sem avisar), como também não avisou ao motoboy, que chegou buzinando e tocando a campainha, estragando completamente a surpresa. Extremamente insatisfeita com o atendimento e os procedimentos, deixou muito a desejar!

The Company not only failed to comply with the agreement, delaying more than 01 hour (without warning), but also did not notify the courier, who arrived honking and ringing the bell, completely spoiling the surprise. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and procedures, she left a lot to be desired!
