★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por diversas vezes eu tentei comprar os produtos pelo ifood, sou debitada, o pedido é fechado e a loja cancela por indisponibilidade do produto. Hoje isso aconteceu duas vezes no mesmo minuto, e quando liguei na loja, a atendente (muito simpática) me disse que por estar sozinha não tinha tempo pra atualizar o aplicativo e que a entrega pelo ifood já estava encerrada.
Entendo, mas a experiência do cliente é ruim, e a loja consequentemente deixa de vender, e entendo que esses feedbacks pode ajudá-los a manter clientes como eu que apreciam a qualidade dos seus produtos, mas que está frustrada com as constantes experiências no mesmo cenário.
Several times I tried to buy the products through ifood, I am debited, the order is closed and the store cancels due to unavailability of the product. Today this happened twice in the same minute, and when I called the store, the attendant (very friendly) told me that because I was alone, I didn't have time to update the application and that the delivery via ifood was already over.
I understand, but the customer experience is bad, and the store consequently stops selling, and I understand that these feedbacks can help them keep customers like me who appreciate the quality of their products, but who are frustrated with the constant experiences in it. scenery.
