★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um bolo hoje dia 12/12/2019 e ao pedir para a senhora cortar o mesmo, ela além de cortar encima do caixa ela colocou a mão encima do bolo, ao questionar o que ela estava fazendo ela me disse que estava com a mão limpa e o pior logo após cortar o bolo ela lambeu o dedo para poder pegar o dinheiro afim de dar o troco. inacreditável!!!
I went to buy a cake today 12/12/2019 and when asking the lady to cut it, she besides cutting on top of the box she put her hand on the cake, when questioning what she was doing she told me she was with clean hand and the worst right after cutting the cake she licked her finger to get the money in order to give change. unbelievable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço de entrega e dos produtos direto com a loja é mais caro que por app como Ifood, onde geralmente é o contrário, informei a atendente que iria então fazer o pedido pelo Ifood, no mesmo instante fui fazer a confirmação do pedido pelo app, e ja não estava mais disponível para entrega naquele dia só agendando para o dia seguinte, detalhe não era nem 17:45 , já que no app conta que fecharia as 18h, foi eu informar que iria pedir pelo app que encerraram no Ifood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda do bolo de pamonha no dia 29 e o sabor não tinha nada de pamonha. Eu peguei R$ 37,00 por um bolo de fubá cremoso. Liguei reclamando e a atendente disse que mudou a bolieira. Eu falei que não tinha problema só não achei justo pagar Por um bolo e receber outro. Ela falou que iam testar a receita novamente no período da tarde e que poderia ir buscar outro bolo. Combinei com ela que eu pegaria na segunda na parte da manhã. Passei hoje pra retirar é a atendente foi um grossa, disse que não tinha que visse outro horário . São muitos despreparados e a atendente deu a entender que eu estava querendo outro bolo . Nao sabem resolver problemas com os clientes.não recomendo ????
I ordered the mush cake on the 29th and the taste was nothing like mush. I got $ 37 for a creamy cornmeal cake. I called complaining and the clerk said she changed the bolieira. She said they were going to test the recipe again in the afternoon and that she could go get another cake. I arranged with her that I would pick up Monday morning. I spent today to remove is the attendant was a rude, said I did not have to see another time. They are very unprepared and the attendant hinted that I was wanting another cake. They don't know how to solve problems with customers. I don't recommend it ????
