★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi, visualizam as msgs e não respondem, não atendem telefonema, ainda por cima no atendimento presencial é com a cara dentro do telefone! não recomendo, te fazem esperar horas quando é pra entrega.
 Worst service I have ever seen, view the messages and do not respond, do not answer a phone call, on top of the face-to-face service it is with your face inside the phone! I don't recommend it, they make you wait for hours when it's delivery

Encomendei um kit festa e disse que ia buscar e foram deixar, onde já teve um problema por conta da taxa de entrega.
Logo após os salgados que deixaram a desejar, não sendo do recheio que pedi e é muito ruim.

I ordered a party kit and said I was going to get it and they were going to leave it, where there was already a problem due to the delivery fee.
Right after the snacks that left something to be desired, not being the filling I asked for and it's very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje as 18:35 fui a loja do salesiano para comprar um kit pra festa, passei a semana toda namorando as opções no Instagram, infelizmente ao chegar na loja pra comprar fiquei decepcionada com o péssimo atendimento aonde as atendentes estavam se fazer nada pois só eu entrei no momento, não me deram nenhuma atenção, fiquei frustrada a ponto de sair sem realizar a compra. Não adianta investir em propaganda se não tiver equipe enganjada, pois fui comprar em outro lugar e certamente vou pensar duas vezes antes de voltar lá.
Today at 18:35 I went to the salesian's store to buy a kit for the party, I spent the whole week dating the options on Instagram, unfortunately when I arrived at the store to buy I was disappointed with the bad service where the attendants were doing nothing because only me I entered at the time, they didn't pay me any attention, I was frustrated to the point of leaving without making the purchase. It's no use investing in advertising if you don't have an engaged team, because I went to buy somewhere else and I'll certainly think twice before going back there.
