★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no dia 12/10 na unidade da Cidade Dutra. Não recomendo, o pedido atrasou mais 1 hora, ninguém entrou em contato comigo para informar o que aconteceu e só depois que entrei em contato me informaram que havia problema com o motoboy. Se eles já sabiam que tinha este problema, eles já deveriam ter avisado ao cliente e ter informado a real previsão de entrega. Experiência terrível, se quiserem pedir delivery na região de Interlagos/Cidade Dutra vão em outro lugar.
Edit: Como não consegui responder o proprietário, a minha avaliação tem uma imagem da conversa, deixando claro que quem entrou em contato com o pedido atrasado fui eu e não eles como ela respondeu (e não fiquei enchendo o saco, pq quando eu enviei a mensagem o pedido já havia atrasado 15 minutos, então sim, eu vi a mensagem do ifood, pq foi eu que entrei em contato para começo de conversa). Então além de não terem tido consideração com os clientes, ainda ficam de mentira aqui. Parece que quem não se deu ao trabalho nem de ver a imagem foi a pessoa que me respondeu.
 I placed an order on 10/12 at the Cidade Dutra unit. I don't recommend it, the order was delayed another hour, no one contacted me to inform me what happened and only after I got in contact they informed me that there was a problem with the courier. If they already knew they had this problem, they should have already warned the customer and given the actual delivery forecast. Terrible experience, if you want to order delivery in the region of Interlagos/Dutra city, go elsewhere.
Edit: As I couldn't answer the owner, my evaluation has a picture of the conversation, making it clear that I was the one who contacted the late order and not them as she responded (and I wasn't getting mad, because when I sent the message the order was already 15 minutes late, so yes, I saw the message from ifood, because I was the one who got in touch to start the conversation). So, in addition to not being considerate of the customers, they are still pretending here. It seems that the person who didn't even bother to see the image was the person who answered me.

Sabe quando é doce mas não enjoativo? São assim todos os bolinhos dessa loja. Irei pessoalmente para retirada um dia desses.
Our! I didn't know they were so close to my house! I always ordered by application and the cookies in the pot and in slices are very tasty, moist, sweetened at the right point. Do you know when it's sweet but not cloying? So are all the cookies in this store. I will personally go to pickup one of these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja só tem fama! Por que os produtos são de baixíssima qualidade, a Nutella foi a única coisa que senti que era verdadeira. Acho extremamente arrogante a forma de se posicionarem nas redes sociais. Fui apenas uma vez, para não ir mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e alguns amigos éramos clientes fiéis daí, mas hoje tudo mudou quando após efetuar um pedido através do app da empresa de cookies simplesmente o pedido foi ignorado. Tivemos que ligar, e depois informaram que por conta da alta demanda demoraria para entrega.
Ao falar no whatsapp o atendente informou que tinha pedido parado desde as 15h, nesse momento são 19h em ponto! Ou seja, segundo a loja tem pedido parado a 4 horas kkkk é muito absurdo isso.
Nunca mais recomendo.

When talking on whatsapp, the attendant informed that he had stopped order since 15 pm, at that moment it is 19 pm sharp! That is, according to the store, it has been ordering stopped for 4 hours lol this is very absurd.
I never recommend again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que pedi no aplicativo e simplesmente fiquei encantada com tamanha educação, pois o atendimento foi excelente, pedi pra enviarem um bilhete pois era aniversário de uma amiga, e foram sensacionais. Particularmente não tenho que reclamar, ainda não tive a oportunidade de experimentar essas doçuras, mais quem comeu gostou. Obrigada bololândia por fazer a diferença no atendimento. E digo mais o motoboy não estava encontrando o endereço, entraram em contato cmg pra dizer um ponto de referência e logo foi entregue.
