★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos são razoáveis, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Por ser perto do meu trabalho, sempre comprávamos lá para os cafés da tarde. Porém, em todas as vezes acabávamos nos chateando com o jeito grosseiro da dona e funcionários. Não sabem tratar com educação os clientes e não tem a menor simpatia. De maneira nenhuma vale o que custa. Há outras opções bem melhores e mais profissionais na cidade.
The cakes are reasonable, but the service is terrible. Being close to my work, we always bought there for afternoon coffees. However, at all times we ended up getting upset with the rude way of the owner and employees. They do not know how to treat customers politely and have no sympathy at all. In no way is it worth what it costs. There are other, much better and more professional options in the city.

Mas sobre o atendimento é péssimo. Em todas as vezes que fui ao local comprar um bolo para tomar café da manhã no escritório com minha equipe, fui mal atendida. Hoje a nossa recepcionista entrou em contato "Bolos da Fá", com a intenção de deixar reservado um bolo para buscarmos amanhã cedo e não foi diferente, a mulher que atendeu foi completamente grossa e estúpida.
Se nao gosta de trabalhar com o público, por favor, dê a oportunidade para outras pessoas que queiram e gostam de trabalhar.
The cake itself is wonderful, nothing to complain about.
But about the service is lousy. Every time I went to the place to buy a cake for breakfast in the office with my staff, I was poorly served. Today our receptionist contacted "Cakes of the F", with the intention of leaving reserved a cake to look for tomorrow morning and it was no different, the woman who answered was completely thick and stupid.
If you do not enjoy working with the public, please give the opportunity to others who want and like to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos são muito bons, porém o atendimento de “Bolos da Fá” é pecável, não há um bom acolhimento no local. Em todas as vezes que compareci à loja, recebi um atendimento vasto e grosseiro. Hoje, no período da manhã, entrei em contato para agendar uma encomenda de um bolo para o escritório em que trabalho, porém fui respondida de um modo fútil. Deve-se analisar e melhorar este aspecto para que a loja não tenha um mal reconhecimento. Tenham disciplina e empatia para tratar e atender seus clientes, pois para que uma boa organização/comércio/empresa tenha reconhecimento positivo, não deve-se focar somente nos produtos e na qualidade, e sim, dar uma atenção aos clientes que mantém sua empresa ativa!!! Eu e minha equipe de trabalho ficaremos no aguardo de melhorias.
