Sempre pedia de manhãzinha com horario programado para o horario que saio para almoçar, ja demoraram 10 min, como 1 hora para entregar. Nao respondem o whatsapp direito.
Pedi para cancelar e nem avisaram o motoboy, fizeram ele vir aqui atoa.
 Terrible attendance.
I always ordered in the morning with a scheduled time for the time I go out for lunch, it already took 10 minutes, like 1 hour to deliver. They don't answer whatsapp right.
I asked to cancel and they didn't even notify the courier, they made him come here for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas p entregar uma marmita, frango salgado e refrigerante quente... se eu pedi uma lata nunca mude o pedido do cliente, quer enviar uma cortesia envia uma batata ou uma sobremesa. Meus filhos não pode tomar refrigerante, vai p lixo ainda por cima quente. Insatisfação enorme.
2 hours p deliver a lunch box, salted chicken and hot soda... if I ordered a can never change the customer's order, either send a courtesy send a potato or a dessert. My children can't drink soda, go to the hot garbage. Huge dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Pedi umas 3 vezes por indicação. Na primeira mandaram errado, prometeram uma marmitex cortesia que nunca veio. A segunda veio salgado igual salmoura, e ainda mandaram errado, faltando a bebida. Reclamei e ficaram de mandar outra cortesia que nunca veio. Falei das cortesias, disseram que era só solicitar e quando resolvi cobrar as cortesias disseram que se ria só uma salada. Não cumprem com o cliente, não estão nem aí, e ainda por cima encerram a conversa com um sorriso sarcástico. Péssimo! Não indico para ninguém! E a quem me perguntar, será o primeiro que vou dizer pra cair fora.
Terrible service! I asked about 3 times for referral. In the first one, they sent it wrong, promised a courtesy marmitex that never came. The second came as salty as brine, and they still sent it wrong, missing the drink. I complained and they were to send another courtesy that never came. I talked about the courtesies, they said it was just a request and when I decided to charge for the courtesies they said they only had a salad. They don't comply with the customer, they don't care, and on top of that they end the conversation with a sarcastic smile. Terrible! I don't recommend it to anyone! And whoever asks me will be the first one I say to get out.
