★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento pra delivery. Comprava pessoalmente na loja e nunca tive problemas, mas com a pandemia, passei a pedir para entregarem na minha casa. Não teve 1 vez SE QUER que o pedido não tenha vindo errado. Sempre relevava, pois sabia que o fluxo era intenso na loja e que erros assim acontecem. Mas na minha última compra fiquei chateada de verdade com a falta de compromisso desta empresa. Eles me venderam um produto VENCIDO e até então (já faz 1 mês!) Não tiveram a capacidade de repor. Pra piorar a situação, nem se quer estão me respondendo mais no Whatsapp. Por isso estou expondo o grande descaso da empresa aqui, para que outros tenham ciência de um absurdo como esse e pensem 2x antes de fazer qualquer pedido nessa loja.
TERRIBLE service for delivery. I bought in person at the store and never had any problems, but with the pandemic, I started asking them to deliver to my house. There was not 1 time IF YOU WANT that the order did not come wrong. It was always relevant, because I knew that the flow was intense in the store and that mistakes like this happen. But on my last purchase I was really upset with the lack of commitment from this company. They sold me an EXPIRED product and until then (it's been 1 month!) they haven't had the ability to replace it. To make the situation worse, they are not even answering me on Whatsapp anymore. That's why I'm exposing the company's great negligence here, so that others are aware of an absurdity like this and think twice before placing any order in this store.
