★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu já havia comido lá antes e pedi novamente. Não queria dar poucas estrelas porque o cachorro quente estava uma delícia, porém tivemos problema com a atendente. Pedi para a entregar e que pagaria no crédito. Quando chegou, por problema na maquininha deles o cartao nao passou, o entregador foi embora para não atrasar os outros pedidos e eu já ia fazer um pix. A atendente pediu para o entregador voltar na minha casa, me ligou mil vezes e foi grossa comigo e com o entregador, sendo que eu já estava fazendo a transferência, a demora não era minha culpa. Como ele teve que voltar, tentamos de novo passar em cartões diferentes e o problema era realmente a maquininha... depois de reiniciar e com muito custo o cartão passou. Mandei mensagem para ela falando que deu certo e ela ainda me ligou super grossa falando que o dinheiro do cartão não tinha caído e que era para eu pagar naquela hora com PIX, sendo que durante a ligação ela viu que tinha caído simm.
A culpa não foi do entregador e muito menos minha e sim do equipamento deles, não justifica a grosseiria da moça conosco. Falei que queria passar no cartao.. e seu eu nao tivesse dinheiro para fazer pix? Estragou totalmente a experiência que tivemos. Não quero pedir lá de novo.
I had eaten there before and ordered again. I didn't want to give few stars because the hot dog was delicious, but we had a problem with the attendant. I asked for it to be delivered and that I would pay on credit. When it arrived, due to a problem with their machine, the card did not go through, the delivery man left so as not to delay the other orders and I was about to make a pix. The attendant asked the delivery man to come back to my house, called me a thousand times and was rude to me and the delivery man, since I was already making the transfer, the delay was not my fault. As he had to come back, we tried again to swipe on different cards and the problem was really the little machine... after restarting and with great difficulty the card passed. I sent her a message saying that it worked and she even called me super rudely saying that the money on the card hadn't fallen and that I was supposed to pay at that time with PIX, and during the call she saw that it had fallen yesm.
It wasn't the delivery man's fault, much less mine, but their equipment, it doesn't justify the girl's rudeness to us. I said I wanted to pass the card.. what if I didn't have the money to make pix? It totally spoiled the experience we had. I don't want to order there again.
