Daí não atendi o telefone pq tinha prefixo 011, pensei q era de operadora de celular. Cancelam o pedido. Mandei uma msg explicando. Daí refiz o pedido e cancelaram novamente. Perderam um cliente só isso.
I asked for Ifood and didn't pay attention that they say we need to answer a call to confirm location, I don't know. Then I didn't answer the phone because I had a 011 prefix, I thought I was a mobile operator. Cancel the order. I sent a msg explaining. Then reordered and canceled again. They lost a customer just that.
