Tentei efetuar a troca e ninguém sequer se disponibilizou a trazer o produto para mim. Eu não moro perto. Não tenho como ir até a loja e muito menos para levar o cartão para efetuar o estorno. Decepcionada é o nome!
I will never buy from this establishment again. Imagine paying R$23.50 for an expensive product and getting like this? Totally different from what he really is?! I tried to exchange it and no one even offered to bring the product to me. I don't live close by. I have no way to go to the store, let alone to take the card to make the chargeback. Disappointed is the name!
