Foz uma compra no início do ano, comprei 2 entradas para fazenda ponte alta, depois de 2 dias voltei atrás na compra e pedi o estorno, falaram que não fazem estorno para cliente nenhum,ou seja, não seguem o código do consumidor, que diz que o mesmo pode voltar da sua decisão em um prazo de 7 dias, enfim, fiquei com o valcher, mesmo pq essa foi a minha única opção, tentei agendar diversas vezes e eles sempre com demoras no atendimento, fazendo pouco caso, sempre com desculpas, a fazendnão está funcionando, o limite já foi excedido, por fim, chamei eles na semana passada e me informaram que a fazenda não estava funcionando, quando chamei essa semana me informaramq meu valcher já estava vencido, sinceramente, não recomendo para ninguém, atendimento péssimo, meu sentimento hoje é de que foi lesada pela agência, me surpreende muito nos em período pandemico e uma agência que tem nome fazendo esse papel. Frustrada com essa agência q so quer saber do dinheiro dos clientes e depois usa de ma fé.
