Tenho um conjunto de mesa com 6 cadeiras, onde TODAS, apresentam quebra no encosto e quadros dos pés soltando, meu marido caiu dela durante um jantar. Acontece que já haviamos percebido a qualidade ruim, mas achávamos que não iria ocorrer acidentes, qd ocorreu procuramos a loja. Foi informado que a garantia era de 1 ano mas que eles verificariam os motivos da quebra. fui apenas informado dos valores para refazer os quadros do ´pés. Entendo que a garantia é de 1 ano, mas o problema é estrutural, ou seja, se vc quiser móveis que durem mais de um ano (sem descuidos) não compre lá. não compro um conjunto de mesa com 6 cadeiras para durar apenas 1 ano. como podem ver nas fotos, o desencaixes da cadeira, alegam mau uso? sendo que eu afirmo que não, e pior, quase nem uso, não ficamos em casa.
My assessment refers exclusively to poor quality of the furniture, and the return of post sale. I have a set table with 6 chairs where ALL, have broken the back boards and toes dropping, my husband dropped her over dinner. It was informed that the guarantee was one year but they verificariam the breakdown of reasons. I was only informed of the values to redo the paintings of'pés. I understand that the warranty is 1 year, but the problem is structural, that is, if u want furniture that will last more than a year (no carelessness) do not buy there. I do not buy a set of table with 6 chairs to last only one year. as you can see in the photos, disembeddings chair, allege misuse? and I say no, and worse, almost no use, do not stay at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei móvel nessa loja e a filha da dona que me atendeu, anotou o meu pedido errado. NÃO fez nenhum desenho básico na posição do sofá em relação à parede. Eu repetidamentedisse como era a posição. O sofá veio invertido na posição. Fui obrigado a " engolir " o produto . A qualidade do sofá ( acabamento)é fraca, na entrega danificaram e sujaram uma peça do sofá ( foi trocado) os entregadores montaram o sofá com mãos imundas. Para amenizar a mãe/dona ligou para blá-blá-blá. Compra total 9 mil reais. E no final , prometeu 3 lindas almofadas que nunca chegaram. A cidade já foi boa nos móveis. Coerente, loja e cidade em declínio nesse assunto. Novembro de 2021

The quality of the sofa (finish) is poor, on delivery they damaged and soiled a part of the sofa (it was changed) the delivery men assembled the sofa with filthy hands. To soften up the mother / owner called blah blah blah. Total purchase of 9 thousand reais. And in the end, he promised 3 beautiful pillows that never arrived. The city was once good at furniture. Consistent, shop and city in decline on this matter. November 2021
