★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pagamento total do meu pedido no dia 29/7 e infelizmente entregaram 40% da quantidade do meu pedido duas semanas depois,liguei diversas vezes para vendedora Rose e na maioria delas nem me atendeu e para Amarildo e me prometem que meu pedido seria entregue no dia seguinte. porém hoje 19/8 ninguém me atendem e eu estou sem nada.
Já comprei outras vezes e a entrega foi correta mais dessa vez estou preocupada pela falta de transparência nas informações e pior que ninguém me responde nem por telefone e nem por email.
I made full payment for my order on 7/29 and unfortunately they delivered 40% of the amount of my order two weeks later, I called salesperson Rose several times and most of them didn't even answer me and Amarildo and they promise that my order would be delivered in the following day. but today, 19/8 nobody is attending me and I have nothing.
I have already bought other times and the delivery was correct more this time I am concerned by the lack of transparency in the information and worse that nobody answers me by phone or email.
