Quero agradecer em especial a digníssima enfermeira "CLEUSA" , doçura em pessoa, super dedicada, um anjo que cuidou de mim na minha estada naquela clínica. It's a pleasure for me to evaluate Bonica and her entire team. I had a recent surgery and I'm recovering very well. For me, I really recommend it, as I've already indicated. I especially want to thank the dignified nurse "CLEUSA", sweet in person, super dedicated, an angel who took care of me during my stay in that clinic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um atendimento muito bom!! Equipe de enfermagem muito carinhosa e cuidadosa! Aliás todo o atendimento do início ao final foi excelente, me sentir segura em fazer a plástica de mama com toda a equipe que participou.
I had a very good service!! Very loving and caring nursing staff! In fact, all the assistance from beginning to end was excellent, I felt safe in having a breast lift with the entire team that participated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha cirurgia a 2 dias (10/05) com o dr. Walter Brandão. Amei o hospital em especial as enfermeiras Rose e Cida. Foram muito atenciosas comigo, brincaram e me ajudaram em tudo. O único ponto negativo foi o almoço que estava bem sem sal, mas já era de se esperar de um hospital. No mais só tenho elogios ao hospital e ao Dr. Walter.
I had my surgery 2 days ago (10/05) with Dr. Walter Brandao. I loved the hospital especially nurses Rose and Cida. They were very attentive to me, they played and helped me in everything. The only negative point was the lunch which was fine without salt, but that was to be expected from a hospital. I have nothing but praise for the hospital and Dr. Walter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica tem uma estrutura muito boa. Alguns inconvenientes. Não serviram café, tive que perguntar se iriam servir ou não. o mesmo aconteceu no almoço. Não serviram almoço. Ficamos em um quarto perto do refeitório, com isso, muito barulho, muita conversa. Infelizmente. A secretária do cirurgiao é uma fofa, diferente da funcionária que estava no posto de enfermagem, que estava muito mal humorada e sem tolerância, impaciente. Quando a chamava, parecia que eu estava incomodando. Mas acabou que passei a chamar somente a secretária do médico e deu tudo certo.
The clinic has a very good structure. Some inconveniences. They didn't serve coffee, I had to ask if they would or not. the same thing happened at lunch. They didn't serve lunch. We stayed in a room near the cafeteria, with that, a lot of noise, a lot of conversation. Unfortunately. The surgeon's secretary is cute, unlike the employee who was at the nursing station, who was very moody and impatient. When I called her, it sounded like I was bothering her. But I ended up calling only the doctor's secretary and everything went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi maravilhosa!! Meu cirurgião é o melhor do mundo ,Dr José Francisco Icaza! Espaço físico da clínica é nota 10 e o corpo de auxiliares é maravilhoso destacando a enfermeira CLEUSA que é apaixonante. Mas minha admiração por ela não diminui em nada as outras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia com o Dr.Guilherme greco excelente profissional, amei, mas a enfermeira Vanessa eu detestei, uma profissional mal educada,aliás nem sei se posso chamar isso de profissional, chamei ela para me ajudar levantar para andar um pouco, pois estava com muita dor, ela simplesmente me falou que não ia me ajudar, pois estava sozinha que a Mayra estava no horário de descanso e ela não ia me ajudar, eu fiquei tão assustada que fiquei sem resposta. Fiz minha cirurgia na bónica porque tive boas indicações de lá. Gostaria que o Dr.vagner avaliasse essa profissional .
Gostaria de parabenizar o anestesista que me anesteziou muito educado e atencioso e a atenção do Dr.Guilherme comigo e agradecer também o Dr.Vagner por ter ido á noite me ver se eu precisava de alguma coisa.
I had a surgery with Dr.Guilherme Greco, an excellent professional, I loved it, but I hated the nurse Vanessa, a poorly educated professional, in fact, I don't even know if I can call it a professional, I called her to help me get up to walk a little, because I had a lot of pain, she simply told me that she was not going to help me, because she was alone because Mayra was at rest time and she was not going to help me, I was so scared that I had no answer. I had my surgery at the Bónica because I had good indications from there. I would like Dr.vagner to evaluate this professional.
I would like to congratulate the anesthesiologist who anesthetized me very politely and attentively and Dr.Guilherme's attention to me and also thank Dr.Vagner for coming to see me at night if I needed anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia plástica com o Dr Laércio nesse hospital em fevereiro de 2021. O que eu não gostei foi: quando subi para a cirurgia a enfermeira perguntou se o médico havia me dado algum acessório pós cirúrgico e eu falei que não. Depois da cirurgia ela teve que buscar o soutien cirúrgico no meu quarto porque eu não lembrava dele. Lembro de ter acordado no pós cirúrgico com a enfermeira xingando porque teve que buscar. Eu estava nervosa por conta da cirurgia, não lembrava do soutien. Achei muita falta de educação. O pior é que eu só lembrei disso meses depois, por conta da anestesia. Outra coisa que não gostei foi que a enfermeira que estava cuidando de mim no pós cirúrgico fedia a cigarro. Com certeza ela deu uma fumadinha. Eu tenho rinite e cigarro ataca demais minha rinite fora que eu acho o cheiro de cigarro horrível. Foi desagradável.
I had plastic surgery with Dr Laércio in this hospital in February 2021. What I didn't like was: when I went up for surgery, the nurse asked if the doctor had given me any post-surgical accessories and I said no. After the surgery she had to get the surgical bra from my room because I didn't remember it. I remember waking up in the post-surgical period with the nurse cursing because she had to get it. I was nervous about the surgery, I didn't remember the bra. I found it very rude. The worst thing is that I only remembered it months later, because of the anesthesia. Another thing I didn't like was that the nurse who was taking care of me after surgery stank of cigarettes. She sure had a smoke. I have rhinitis and cigarettes attack my rhinitis so much that I find the smell of cigarettes horrible. It was unpleasant.
