★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!! Pedi o valor de amortecedores e molas e a atendente me falou que pegaria meu contato e iria cotar e passaria posteriormente o valor, não passou.
Depois de vários dias liguei novamente e pedi a mesma cotação, a moça falou a mesma coisa de pegar contato e passar os valores, foi aí que disse a ela mas você vai passar mesmo senhora pois já havia pedido isso e não tinha me retornado.
Ela simplesmente desligou o telefone na minha cara.
Infelizmente não tem ZERO estrela pois seria isso a minha avaliação!!! Que pena
Horrible!!! I asked for the value of shock absorbers and springs and the attendant told me that she would get my contact and would quote and later pass the value, she didn't.
After several days I called again and asked for the same quote, the lady said the same thing about getting in touch and passing on the values, that's when I told her but you're going to do it, lady because I had already asked for this and hadn't returned.
She just hung up the phone on me.
Unfortunately it doesn't have ZERO stars because that would be my assessment!!! What a pity

Dentre os serviços, troquei várias peças do sistema de amortecimento, alinhamento e balanceamento, pneus, etc. Foram muito atenciosos e didáticos no pré-venda e no pós-venda. Porém, são bem careiros e algumas das trocas de peças deles eu achei que "duraram pouco" no meu carro, então não sei se colocaram peças novas de qualidade ou se sequer trocaram mesmo. Nota 8!
