★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parei somente para apertar os parafusos de uma roda e oque poderia ser uma cortesia acabou me sendo cobrado desnecessariamente perdeu pontos não indico pois não foram honestos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu veículo pra substituir os 4 pneus, balanceamento e alinhamento, me disseram para retirar após 3 então voltei pra casa. 1 hora depois recebi mensagem de funcionário do local tentando me convencer a trocar amortecedor, molas, etc... Sugerindo uma série de despesas desnecessarias. Final história: insisti que não queria e que iria buscar o carro. Ao sair dirigindo já notei que o volante do carro está torto, ou seja, alinhamento pago mas feito nas coxas. Não recomendo nem ao pior dos inimigos.
I left my vehicle to replace the 4 tires, balance and alignment, I was told to remove after 3 so I returned home. 1 hour later I received a message from a local employee trying to convince me to change the shock absorber, springs, etc... Suggesting a series of unnecessary expenses. End story: I insisted that I didn't want to and that I was going to get the car. When driving I already noticed that the car's steering wheel is crooked, that is, alignment paid but done on the thighs. I don't recommend even the worst of enemies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido, acredito que sejam dois gestores, um senhor e um rapaz mais alto, me trataram muito bem, me deram explicações, foram honestos, possuo veiculo rebaixado e eles me orientaram sobre alinhamento etc, como funciona para esse tipo de carro, nota 10, recomendo e retornarei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ olha a malandragem dos caras da Bono Vila Guilherme!!! troquei os pneus , fazer a geometria e o balanceamento... ao torcar os penus e balancear , colocaram o meu carro na rampa para fazer a geometria que seria a terceira e última parte , porem simultaneamente me chamaram para passar no caixa para efetuar o pagamento, afim de me distrair ... ao voltar para o carro depois de apenas 3 minutos (nao mais que isso) o operador JÁ estava baixando o carro da rampa de geometria.... ao questionar ao gerente como foi feito um serviço de geometria em 3 minutos (que foi o tempo de ir ate o caixa e pagar) o camarada respondeu : "geometria 3D amigo, é rapidinho...." vai pilantras, vou postar isso em todas os endereços da rede BONO.
look at the trickery of the guys from Bono Vila Guilherme!!! I changed the tires, did the geometry and balancing... when twisting the tires and balancing, they put my car on the ramp to do the geometry that would be the third and last part, but simultaneously they called me to go to the cashier to make the payment , in order to distract me... when I got back to the car after only 3 minutes (no more than that) the operator was ALREADY lowering the car from the geometry ramp.... when asking the manager how a geometry service was done in 3 minutes (which was the time to go to the cashier and pay) the comrade replied: "3D geometry friend, it's quick...." go crooks, I'll post this on all BONO network addresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi muito bom e o serviço quase impecável, não fosse o alinhamento de direção, que faltou um nadinha pra ficar 100%. Numa escala de 0 a 10 minha nota é 9,8.
